In 2019 Peter’s son Chris decided to bring his talents and experience to serve clients at Magnuson Financial. Chris hit the ground running, utilizing all things technological in a way that not only prepared the office for serving clients during the Covid years but also gave us an up-to-date back-office capable of expertly putting into action what clients and Peter decide on.

Outside the office Chris finds enjoyment thinking about and setting in motion ways to improve life around him. Whether through a hobby like tweaking battery-operated power-wheels, taking part in discipleship with other Christians, or simply being with his wife Melissa and son Toby at Mr. Tequilas for a bite of Mexican, Chris is going to be all in.

Chris studied in a unique mountain-top setting at Covenant College and received a degree in Psychology. Chris developed as an IT professional and leader during his twelve-year stay at Tervis. Clients will notice Chris is committed to the work at hand and yet never too busy to take that time to explain or discover a solution.

He is currently studying to take the SIE and Series 7 exams.
